Before buying a personal computer, gamers are strict in finding pc parts that will suit their needs and other than that, they are also quite strict in its parts such as the mouse and keyboard. The Logitech has created a new innovative product which is the Logitech G13. This new product is a type of special keyboard which is specifically designed for gaming.
The Logitech G13 has wide variety of features for the convenience of all gamers. This special keyboard has many capabilities mostly for users who love to play games in a faster rate compared to using an ordinary keyboard. The Logitech G13 has unique gaming capabilites such as creating hotkeys and ability to press 3 buttons at once. Of course, these aren’t the only features that are possessed by the this special keyboard.
The Logitech G13 is made with more keys than other keyboards such as the Belkin n52te. This special keyboard has a total of 25 programmable buttons which comprises of 22 keys, a joystick button and two extra buttons near the joystick. This will be more helpful for gamers who play games that may be played better when having more buttons. Also, the buttons are designed for an easier and more convenient use.
The Logitech G13 is designed for more comfortable and stress-free use. Its ergonomics will allow the gamer’s hands and wrists in its normal and comfortable position. This position can also be called as the natural typing position. Unlike other keyboards, this special keyboard prevents the user from putting stress on their wrist such as bending it upward thus, making it very comfortable to use for longer and stress free gaming experience.
The Logitech G13 is also very easy to setup for faster gameplay. The Logitech G13 is very easy to use and its capabilities is very helpful to gamers. It can create hotkeys and macros and the user can program them easily. Assigning key combinations to different keys in the keypad can be done for the gamer’s convenience in playing. Also, the gamepanel of the Logitech G13 has enough brightness to prevent difficulties in gameplay. This special keyboard is designed with enough weight and grips desk to prevent it from sliding especially for intense gamers.
The Logitech G13 has a unique LCD display which most of other keyboards don’t have. For certain games, such as WoW (World of Warcraft) , it can display important things such as character stats and equipment. Also, when playing in battle, it can be helpful because it displays the time, the number of playersin both sides, kills, deaths and etc. Like all other products, it also its own few weaknesses or cons.
Although it has enough brightness, it only has one setting in the gamepanel and keys which is the on and off button. The thumbstick can also be very difficult to press and may lead to tilting it which may ruin the gaming experience. This may be quite irritating for the part of the gamer because it may lead to negative outcomes.
AS far as its ergonomics is concerned, it is one of its main weaknesses that might discourage the gamers from using the Logitech G13. Based on some users, the placement of most of the keys, especially the joystick and the extra buttons, are not easily reachable. This is a very big advantage for the Logitech G13 because gamers would really love to play games easier and more convenient for them especially when the gameplay is very intense. Gamers usually want faster gaming experience when it comes to the equipment that they are using specifically the gaming keyboard. Other than these weaknesses, the Logitech G13 is quite satisfactory when it comes to special gaming keyboards compared to others.

Eh, it would take me forever to firgue out how to use a roller ball mouse. It looks kewl though. I think mainly programmers and gamers use them. I have a kewl logitech mouse that folds though and I love it. I have been using a Logitech TrackMan Mouse like this one for the last 3 years ..
